#香香食好西 #防疫期無啖好食 #宵夜 之 #聖安娜 比利時 朱古力紅桑子脆脆 #蛋糕 🍰 外層塗上厚薄適中嘅 #朱古力 醬，可可味好香，入口軟滑，用上55%朱古力，苦甜平衡； 中間夾有紅桑子軟心，增添酸味，中和甜味，食到尾都唔覺漏； 餅底用咗脆片，估計即日製作，無受潮，仍然保持到脆口； 平時最怕朱古力蛋糕太甜太膩，但呢個苦>甜，加上無cream無mousse，唔會有‘確’喉感，唔錯😛 連鎖餅店用料入貨平加上量產，半磅庄都係$148，幾抵食，夠三五知己圍內share👨👨👧👦 #neard好西
