請問有無師兄試過消化不良？😞 早兩月前為左上磅就不停食，個肚都脹左一排，跟住突然有日的胃氣開始err唔到出黎，食左醫生開既胃藥，無咩點改善，食係食到野呀，但又怕食得多的胃氣出唔到黎。 唉……搞到健身都無心機去😞 #健身
我以前係太瘦著衫唔好睇，之後開始練肌肉，依家都瘦但起碼著衫有啲線條感。
