今日整韭菜魚餅! 材料: 鯪魚滑 300g 韭菜 幾棵(切碎後約半碗) 蝦乾 2湯匙 做法: 1.蝦乾洗淨浸水十分鐘後切碎,韭菜切碎。 2. 將蝦乾和韭菜混入鯪魚滑,加少許鹽,糖,胡椒粉,半茶匙魚露,幾滴麻油和一湯匙生粉拌勻。 3. 在平底鍋燒熱少許油,將鯪魚滑分成幾份搓成圓餅狀放下鍋以小火慢煎,煎至兩面金黃即可。 #好煮意#neard好西 #食譜 #分享生活點滴 #分享生活點滴
