倒數兩天便迎接牛年 要鋸扒應節🧧 今天去登龍街一間日式扒房 餐廳門口是全黑招牌 我們在平日中午來到 內裏坐位還算充裕 餐廳正進行第二個餐半價的優惠 平均每人約百元一個餐 十分化算 可惜因為沒有晚市， 西冷扒暫停供應 於是我們點了板腱牛扒和鯖魚套餐 還加了海蜇小食及bbq雞翼 仙迪雖然不吃牛 但朋友對他的板腱牛口感十分滿意（medium rare) 鯖魚燒得皮脆肉滑 不會太乾身 配上海鹽和醬油 味道更上一層樓 特別讚賞白飯加了滿滿的味素 我把整碗飯都吃光 另外推薦大家品嘗海蜇和芽菜醃製的小食 甜酸適中十分有驚喜！ 雖然肚子吃到滿滿 但這頓飯配搭十分健康 🍽Steak bar 銅鑼灣登龍街36-48號地下 #steakbar #cwb #銅鑼灣 #美食 #香港美食 #扒房 #牛扒
