在線客服 (輪班) Customer Service *歡迎應屆畢業生* Yuewen Limited 悅文科技有限公司 月薪 HK$1.4萬～HK$1.8萬 職責: • 為客戶提供App線上諮詢服務，解決客戶疑問及困難 • 記錄及跟進客戶需要，以提升用戶體驗及保持良好的客戶關係 • 處理客戶投訴、建議、諮詢以及回饋工作 • 收集及總結問題重點和突發狀況，並及時匯報相關部門 Job Duties: • Provide online consultation services to clients, solve client’s problems and difficulties • Record and follow up needs of clients, enhance user experience and maintain a good relationship with clients • Handle clients’ complains, advice, consultation and feedback • Collect and conclude key point of problems and urgent issues, also report to related department time to time 工作要求: • 副學位及以上學歷，並具兩年或以上相關工作經驗 • 熟悉瞭解網路溝通要點，有較強的應變及溝通協調能力 • 具備較強的學習及適應能力 • 熟悉電腦基本操作，平均打字每分鐘25字以上 • 具有線上客服經驗優先 • 可即時上班優先 • 歡迎應屆畢業生 Requirement: • Degree/Diploma in Information System/ E-commerce / Business Administration or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience • Understanding in network communication, Strong emergency and communication ability • Strong learning ability and adaptability • Good command of both English and Chinese • Proficiency in PC skills proficient in MS Excel, WORD and POWERPOINT, typing speed at least 25 WPMOnline customer service experience is an advantage • Immediate available is preferred • Fresh graduate are welcome 工作時間: 24小時 輪班、每星期工作六日、輪休假期及其他福利:年假 12天、生日假、酌情性花紅、在職培訓(申請資料只作招聘用途，並絕對保密。) Working Hour: 24 hours rotate shift, 6 working day per week, rotate time-off Other Benefits: 12 days Annual Leave, Birthday Leave, Performance Bonus, On the job TrainingPersonal data provided by job applicants will be used strictly for recruitment purposes only #在線客服 #輪班 #CustomerService #CS
