幾經辛苦用返部舊iphone先可以post返相片，每一對都咁鍾意,nike山鞋唔係濕地就一定無問題鞋底薄腳感會好啲，Altria olympus3.5腳闊著佢一定舒服厚底零落差長課都係著佢， Brooks cascadia15 濕地無altria咁咬地乾地表現都唔錯，路跑Nike zoom fly3跑到15公里之後腳板會痛嘅感覺係網上評測都係咁講，hoka carbon x未買ASICS metaracer 之前一定著佢跑長課好舒服推住你去現在就一定著ASICS metaracer 好輕唔厚底有虎走感覺係比虎走更好著，至於對虎走就留返落雨先著一定唔會跣腳 #跑鞋
