上網成日比人屌？🙄 建制派為推動立法會進一步使用Zoom開會，今午由內會主席李慧琼提出動議，建議即時起至今年9月30日，或立法會決定的較早日期為止，讓立法會事務委員會、法案委員會或由內務委員會委任的任何小組委員會，可因應委員會主席決定使用Zoom。醫學界陳沛然和熱血公民鄭松泰都不贊成，質疑Zoom存在安全隱患及損害立法會僅餘的公眾參與元素。惟李慧琼的動議最終在34名建制派議員支持下通過。 多名建制派議員會上則力撐用Zoom開會無問題。例如謝偉俊指今次安排只是非常時期下採取的臨時措施，推說「電子裝香已經非常普遍」、「性生活都喺網上解決咗好多」。他又辯稱，未有建議在大會和財委會用Zoom，是因為不太肯定在上述《基本法》寫明要有法定人數的會議，召開視象議會會否有可能面對法律質疑，「為咗唔想有法律上的訴訟爭議，秘書處同法律顧問都係採取一個比較保守同穩當的方法。」 hk.appledaily.com/local/20210113/NPMKHOKUDFB5HISRLQ7LYGN5OI #香港正苦 #ZOOM #謝偉俊
