「持 BNO 到英國工作假期相信大家並不陌生，簽證期間可以有權在英國工作和居留，但簽證屆滿後便需離開英國，而且工作假期簽證的兩年期間，並不會撥作計算合法定居英國取得永居或入籍的年期。 所以是次做法，可以工作假期為藍本，推出 12 個月可續期的簽證，定出一定的續期條件，例如繼續有合法全職工作或全職讀書，並且容許以此身份居英 5 年後取得永居或入籍。」 如果係咁就好, 但藍韜文好似冇咁樣講過... 咁奇怪BNO果12 個月簽證同working holiday 有咩分別呢🙈 #移民 #英國 #BNO
