【唐英年估計中央在港設立機構會包括執法人員】 建立香港國安法的決定草案列明，中央維護國安的機構可根據需要在香港設立機構，全國政協常委唐英年估計，當中會包括執法機構針對顛覆國家的行為作出執法，他不擔心這些執法人員會不受約束。 唐英年亦不擔心決定會令大量資金撤出香港，因為商界投資最需要穩定的環境，國安法能夠帶來安定，唐英年相信部分港人會反對國安法而遊行甚至搗亂，他有信心香港警方能應付。 相關新聞
