~ Beed& Liberty ~ 呢排出街都係同朋友行山，呢日我哋去咗赤柱行，其實赤柱餐廳真係唔算多，我哋揀嚟揀去，決定去食burger 雞肉漢堡 ($9️⃣8️⃣) 其實98蚊得一個包咋，蕃薯條係另外叫🤣，成舊水食個包，都咪話唔貴。 不過佢啲料都幾足，雞腿肉好大塊，但醬汁比較酸，我就唔多like啦🤔。因為本身塊雞肉都已經酸酸辣辣，加埋d配料一齊食，整體酸味太重，而且雞肉口感都比較柴，唔值呢個價。 蕃薯條（$3️⃣5️⃣) 佢個份量就係得一杯🤣，份量偏少，佢仲要唔熱唔脆，真係好失望，如果佢係啱啱炸好，配埋佢既醬汁一定好正。 朋友都叫咗個burger 同茶飲，佢個burger比我嗰個好啲，不過都有同一個問題，所有野食都唔夠熱🙈。雖然佢係一次過上菜，但我哋其實都等咗好耐，起碼半個鐘，但係冇一樣野食夠熱，只可以話溫溫地🙄，所以扣咗好多分。 味道👍 : 06/10 價錢💰 : 07/10 環境🍽 : 08/10 P.S. 後來我朋友 send咗封email 比佢哋，講返今次d野食唔夠熱既情況，估唔到佢哋又幾重視，真係會好認真覆返我朋友，呢點真係好appreciate👍，見佢咁有誠意，下次會再去試下。 #beefandliberty #stanleyrestaurant #nearD好西 #foodloversdiary
我唔係針對你，我係指所有露營撚都係垃圾。 // 「人類其實好自私。」山頭，光禿禿，不見綠草，只見人、露營帳篷和風箏。 「有啲牛嘅肚係畸型，佢哋個肚裡面都係分解唔到嘅膠袋。」吃過人類餵食的食物，牛隻會追蹤食物氣味，「但我哋唔記得牛係唔識分辨包裝膠袋。」2012年起，漁護署進行「捕捉、絕育、遷移」計劃，西貢市中心的牛隻被遷到郊野公園範圍。在山頭，隨著露營人士漸多，牛隻的棲息之所也被「佔據」。 每紮營一次，郊野就被殺死一次。這不是警告、不是恐嚇，是正在發生的事。露營人士建篷活活把草根壓死，郊野地方過度使用令山頭沙漠化，寸草不生。「有草吃，牛牛才不會搶人食物，不會吃到膠袋，這是個循環。」偏偏因為疫情，大家開始一窩蜂湧到郊區。牛隻經過，人們反怕牛隻踩到帳篷，說：「佢嚟緊啦，趕走佢啊！」 「M巾、安全套我哋都執過。」義工隊花了兩個月才清理完島上垃圾，不到幾月，垃圾處處。黃昏，牛寶寶不怕生走向人群，東嗅西嗅，翻找食物，義工們溫柔地罵：「死啦，呢隻嘢，咁唔驚人。」 沾滿人類的味道，母牛媽媽找不到寶寶，不能在野外保護他；牛寶寶吃不到草，只會翻露營人士的食物，最後滿肚塑膠。 能在郊外喘息的時間珍貴，一頭牛的生命也同樣珍貴。 #塔門 #露營 #帳篷 #風箏 #大嶼山 #水牛 #西貢
