煮紅燴雜菜牛仔骨😏 ‧ 材料 ‧ 家樂牌濃湯寶牛肉濃湯 1粒 清水 1 1/2碗(375毫升) 牛仔骨 3條 紅蘿蔔 4兩(約160克) 茄子 6兩(約240克) 椰菜 6兩(約240克) 青椒 1/2隻 茄汁 少許 醃料 家樂牌鮮露 2茶匙 家樂牌鷹粟粉 2茶匙 黑胡椒碎 少許 ‧ 做法 ‧ 牛仔骨切件,吸乾水,輕輕用刀背拍鬆,加醃料拌勻 青椒、紅蘿蔔、椰菜切塊 茄子切件後浸水 隔水備用。 用鑊燒少許油,下牛仔骨煎香,盛起。 把所有蔬菜落鑊爆香,加清水及家樂牌濃湯寶煮滾,蓋好燜煮5分鐘至入味,牛仔骨回鑊加少許茄汁兜煮至香濃,上碟。
