律政司長鄭若驊繼日前出手，終止民主黨立法會議員許智峯就交通警開槍案提出的私人檢控後，昨再介入許就的士司機鄭國泉危險駕駛案的私人檢控，並豁免的士司機出席聆訊。許直斥鄭若驊以人治凌駕法治，又透露被鄭國泉撞斷雙腳的女子仍未康復。法律界人士指，負責案件的裁判官認為適合審訊，律政司卻介入撤控，勢必令市民對檢控制度失信心 ，「到底律政司係守護公義，定係守護某班人嘅利益？」 呢個女人又係幾時死? 幾時有報應?
