簡易健康餐 唔好出街食飯喇!煮呢個好簡單㗎⋯⋯ 材料: 迷你三色椒(紅黃綠各一) 雞扒120克(用豉油鹽胡椒粉醃) 做法: 1)雞扒去皮去肥膏切粒,用調味料醃好 2)迷你三色椒🫑去籽切條 3)一茶匙油起鑊,炒香雞粒,最後加三色椒快炒,即成。 (三色椒不用炒太耐,減低維他命流失)
