財政司司長陳茂波今天（26日）公布新一份《財政預算案》。消息指，預算案落實為18歲或以上市民派發現金1萬元，涉款約650億元。 陳茂波早前表示，今次肺炎疫情比2003年沙士對經濟的打擊更甚，形容是「海嘯式」衝擊，可能令失業率急速惡化，他預告新一個財政年度（2020/21年度）的預計財政赤字可能是歷來最高，今次落實全民派錢一萬，財政赤字勢破千億元大關。 唔係掛？又話財赤？ #陳茂波 #財政預算案
