Maserati 發表全新 Trofeo 系列 Levante、Quattroporte 和 Ghibli 車款 Maserati 旗下頂級 Trofeo 車系正式迎來 Levante、Quattroporte 和 Ghibli 等三款車型,當中特地以義大利國旗配色綠、白、紅三色打造車漆塗裝,並在側面進氣口注入紅色調點綴,C 柱三叉戟徽標也增添了閃電圖樣細節,同時換上以 3200 GT、Alfieri 為原型的新款尾燈,全車多處亦可見多款碳纖維部件與 Black Piano 配色烤漆格柵。 除此之外,Trofeo 車系自然是以性能見長,Levante、Quattroporte 及 Ghibli 三款車皆搭載 Ferrari 出廠的 3.8 升 V8 雙渦輪增壓引擎,擁有 580 匹馬力和 720 Nm 扭矩的強悍輸出,經過各車型平衡調校後,0 至 100 公里加速分別為 4.1、4.3、4.5 秒,極速高達 300、326、326 kmh,透過「Corsa」和「Launch」模式的替換還能更進一步感受性能駕馭的操駕體驗。 #Maserati #Trofeo #Levante #Quattroporte #Ghibli

Maserati 正式發表全新超跑車型 MC20 經過近 16 之久,Maserati 再次帶來了睽違多時的超跑車型 MC20,此車同時也是 Fiat Chrysler 展現 Maserati 競速與性能領域所端出的菜色,且其 $21 萬美元的價格遠遠低於先前 MC12 的 $70 萬美元。MC20 基礎為攜手 Dallara 共同開發的底盤,全車換上大量碳纖維物料,車重僅不到 1,500 公斤,設計上能夠看到比例寬大的前格柵與三叉戟 Trident 徽標等車廠標誌性元素,儘管整體令人聯想 Ferrari 488、McLaren 或 BMW i8,但車尾和車側輪廓尤其蝶翼車門敞開後,便散發海神獨有之氣息。性能部分搭載雙渦輪增壓 3.0 升 V6 Nettuno 引擎,能夠提供 630 匹馬力的強悍輸出,0-62 mph 加速於 2.9 內即可完成,極速高達 202 mph,並附有八速雙離合變速箱與後差速器等配置,內裝中控同樣以面板取代大量複雜按鍵。 Maserati MC20 預計在今年年底便會正式登場,屆時還將同步帶來敞篷及純電車型。 #Maserati #MC20

MASERATI MERAK SS Engine: 3.0L V6 Output: 217Bhp TopSpeed: 250kph Facts: Maserati burst into the 1970s with a superb mid-engined V8 supercar, the Bora, backed by Citroën investment. A clever plan had been hatched to spread costs: a smaller Bora would use the four-cam V6 engine that Maserati was building for Citroën’s SM, tuned to compete with the Lamborghini Urraco and Ferrari Dino. The SM’s transaxle could be used, and its powered hydraulics, which was also handy for raising the pop-up headlights without costly and weighty electric motors. Economies of scale would give the Merak a competitive price and losing two cylinders made room for small rear seats, too. That was the theory. In practice, the Merak ended up substantially different from the Bora, with a completely revised rear structure, while the SM’s sales tailed off and Citroën’s finances plummeted, forcing it to abandon Maserati in 1975. Fortunately, Alejandro de Tomaso came to the rescue, but the economies of scale had vanished and Merak production remained low. Giorgetto Giugiaro had brilliantly adapted the Bora’s styling for the 2+2 Merak, with a flat rear deck and (removable) flying buttresses instead of the sloping screen. The Giulio Alfieri-designed quad-cam V6 was superb and, with great handling plus a nice five-speed ’box and a big front boot, the Merak was a practical supercar that was quiet and reasonably comfortable. Competition from Ferrari’s much quicker Dino 308GT4 led Maserati to upgrade the Merak to SS form – with an extra 30bhp – and de Tomaso added a 2-litre tax-break model for Italy. #carporn #MASERATI #MERAKSS #red
