好開心,終於成功整到超超超滑水蛋 保!證!零!失!敗! 小朋友老公都愛❣️ 滑滑滋味既 {{大蜆蒸水蛋}} 材料: 雞蛋3隻 百福蒸煮豆腐一盒 大蜆約半斤 調味料: 魚露 蒸魚豉油 做法: 1)大蜆用粗鹽水吐沙, 2)隔水蒸至蜆打開,蜆水唔好掉(因好有鮮味),用個篩隔一隔沙 3) 將雞蛋打勻,用篩隔渣; 4) 加少許魚露; 5) 豆腐切粒,放入蛋漿,加蜆水拌勻 6) 蒸7分鐘; 熄火焗2-3分鐘; 7) 最後加上少量蒸魚豉油 小秘訣㊙️ 將百福®豆腐加入同蛋一齊蒸,真係零失敗,食落仲好有層次,好MATCH!記得豆腐切得越細粒越好啊!🥰 #好少煮飯 #地獄廚神都成功 #老公大贊
