海濱長廊開放增打卡位 手織欄杆伴侶飽覽日落海景 西環碼頭是不少港人的休閒熱點，最近政府正將西環海濱發展成社區苗圃，及在海傍位置興建海濱長廊。西環卑路乍灣海濱長廊第一期今日率先開放，除了有172米的長廊飽覽海景，政府亦與本地針織塗鴉組織合作，將海濱長廊的欄杆變成手織欄杆，化身欣賞日落的另類打卡位。
