今日（19日）下午4時許，九龍灣宏照道38號MegaBox地庫冒煙，警鐘大作，樓上商戶拉閘閂舖，約100人疏散，消防員接報到場發現有雜物起火，迅速將火滅熄，事件中無人受傷。地庫仍然封鎖，燒焦味傳至商場位置，有商舖職員指，火警期間煙霧瀰漫。火警過後，商戶陸續重開，多名市民在連鎖家品店IKEA閘前等候開舖。
