Assistant Manager (Digital Marketing) Responsibilities: Develop overall marketing plan on Branding and marketing strategies to build market awareness as well as to gain market share Develop digital and social media strategies to engage target audience to build brand awareness and grow sales conversions. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results Drive the innovative and digital projects Manage creative agency for TVCs and online video production Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities Planning and implementing promotional campaigns Managing budgets for marketing campaigns Directing ATL and BTL strategies and evaluating performances of marketing campaigns Monitoring and improving SEO and company websites Lead a team to formulate marketing strategies and new initiatives so as to achieve the target Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity Preparing TV, online and print marketing campaigns Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Digital Marketing/related-subjects At least 4 years relevant experience in marketing Experience in driving brand building activities including social media, CRM, search, innovation and media planning Preferable with proven success in sales strategy and execution Detail-minded with excellent analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese Apply pls surf: goodjob.one/?p=115195
