Bar Supervisor / Bartender Responsibilities – Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant customer – Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks – Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations – Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails – Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age – Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies – Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience – Comply with all food and beverage regulations – Keep the bar and floor area neat and tidy – Follow all safety, hygiene, sanitation in compliance with company policy and requirements – Possessing excellent knowledge and understanding of the beverage list – Developing new cocktail recipes Requirements: – At least 2 years bar experiences – Excellent customer service and engagement skills – Professional / vocational training in beverage, cocktail, wine, spirits, beer; – Organized workflow and multitasking skill. – Awareness of all food safety and hygiene standards – Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese – A flexible approach to problem solving and working with others – Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely – Good physique as required to stationed in bar areas at least 9 hours – Applicants with more bar management experience may be considered as Bar Supervisor Work Location : Central / Tsim Sha Tsui Apply : goodjob.one/?p=41426 #goodjob #一份好工 #全職 #兼職 #招聘 #請人
